Description:
Located close to Teplice in the Ústecký region, CTPark Teplice is positioned on the D8 motorway 94 km from Prague and 64 km from Dresden. The region as a whole boasts a population of approx. 827,000 inhabitants, with 128,000 in the Teplice region alone, and an unemployment rate of 11.9%. The region profits from its exclusive location in the vicinity of important trade routes and has a rich tradition of industrial development particularly in the chemical, food processing and engineering industries. With the D8's interconnection with the German A17 motoway, the Park sits along the pan-European corridor from Berlin/Nuremberg to Prague, Budapest, Bratislava and the Baltic states, as well as on the main route between northern and southern Europe. In addition, the Park will finance the construction of a new foot path connecting the nearby town of Krupka to the Teplice industrial zone.
