Description:
CTPark Bors is located directly on the Hungarian-Romanian border 8 km from Oradea and 237 km east of Budapest. Boasting a population of approx. 274,725 inhabitants, with some 400,000 inhabitants within 100 km, the region supports a number of universities, including the University of Oradea, Agora University and Emanuel University, for a total of over 40,000 students. With an unemployment rate of 4.63%, traditional industries in the area include light industry, food processing, the chemical and non-ferrous iron and steel industry, machine construction, furniture and construction materials manufacturing, and the transport industry. The area is serviced by either the Arad International Airport, which offers flights to Bucharest and European cities such as Verona, Valencia and Stuttgart, or the Ordea airport, which has facilities for charter flights. In addition to the E60 Brasov-Bors motorway, a part of the Trans European Network, Bors sits on the Cluj- Oradea-Biharkereszetes-Budapest railway.
